Do you love to cook? Do you want to win $500 cash? We want to challenge YOU to our 2nd Annual Chirpped Challenge! Think Chopped meets Fear Factor. 

In partnership with Collins Dining Hall,  Kravis Lab for Social Impact is sponsoring a cook-off challenge where students across the 5Cs will compete to prepare their favorite dishes using CRICKET FLOUR as a main ingredient.

The focus of the challenge is to raise awareness of alternative, more sustainable sources of protein that are both flavorful and healthy.

Don’t want to cook, but still be a part of the event? While student teams prepare and cook their food, YOU can win swag and other prizes if you venture to eat such savory delights as seasoned crickets, ants, and waterbugs

EIGHT TEAMS will be selected. Teams can use ANY of these ingredients to create their favorite dish. But CRICKET FLOUR must be used in the dish.
